Basket Design Features

Reinforced Structures

Rib-reinforced basket designs improve structural strength and support larger product openings without compromising durability.

Improved Drainage

V-rib drainage structures allow faster water evacuation during HPP cycles, reducing residual water and improving handling efficiency.

Add-On Ballast Weight System
Optional add-on ballast weights increase bottom mass for products that float during processing. This added weight improves stability during the HPP hold cycle and helps prevent unwanted rotation inside the vessel.
